Step-by-Step Dryer Vent Cleaning
-
Unplug the dryer and gently pull it away from the wall.
-
Use the vacuum hose to suck up visible lint from the vent opening.
-
Slide the flexible brush inside the vent, rotating it to loosen hidden debris.
-
Vacuum again to collect the loosened lint.
-
Step outside to the vent’s exterior opening. Insert the leaf blower and turn it on—the powerful airflow will push any leftover lint out in seconds.
-
Reconnect everything, push your dryer back into place, and plug it in.
You’ll notice the difference right away: shorter drying cycles and stronger airflow.
