In parts of Asia, a popular trick is using volume shortcuts to trigger fake incoming calls. With just a couple of presses, your phone rings as if someone is calling you—an easy way to slip out of a bad date or awkward meeting. Once a novelty, it’s now included in certain Android skins as a genuine “rescue tool.”
